Thanks so much for posting this my dear! I can so identify with how it feels....so very difficult to articulate at times - and just about no one understand all the complexities and contradictions of these feelings...it's good to 'read' about it though...if we can understand ourselves better, then there's always hope.

the older I get, the more I realize how love is a nuanced thing, and the best way we can understand it is to engage it. But I think you know that, too... :-)
