Here's the actual "69" page report from Mass. DOE. This report does not quite add up to what is said in the BoingBoing article. Also, why the hell would the "New York State Education Department" be reporting on a school in "Canton, Mass" - wrong state people. The BoingBoing article sounds like an UrbanMyth in the making.
