I called the magazine company and they have no stock left of this issue. I'm trying the library as I type this. They do carry French Elle, so maybe I can pick up the April edition. I'm waiting to hear back from CPL as they check the shelves.
PS: They called and said it has not yet arrived. They are putting a hold on the magazine for me when it comes in and will call.
