Channeling Julia Child via Tyler Florence

Tonight for dinner I prepared Coq Au Vin (a la Tyler Florence)....

Turned out pretty well (at least I think so).

Next up....Boeuf Bourguignon...mainly cause I still have red burgundy wine to use.

(Listening to The Wailin' Jennys too - nice way to spend an evening).
